Admissions

Applications to UMKOTA are submitted online through the admissions portal at pmb.umkota.ac.id.

How to apply

  1. Create an account on pmb.umkota.ac.id.
  2. Choose your study program and complete the application form.
  3. Upload the required documents: high school certificate or certificate of graduation (ijazah or SKL), national ID card (KTP), birth certificate, family card (kartu keluarga), passport photo, KIP card if you have one, and proof of payment.
  4. Follow the announcement and re-registration schedule on the portal.

Scholarships

Two scholarship routes are available:

  • Muhammadiyah cadre scholarship: a 50% tuition discount for the first four semesters for members (cadres) of Muhammadiyah.
  • KIP Kuliah: the Indonesian government scholarship for eligible Indonesian students. Upload your KIP card during registration if you have one.

International applicants

UMKOTA is open to international students. We have not yet enrolled international students, so requirements are arranged case by case. Teaching is mainly in Bahasa Indonesia. Please email [email protected] before applying to discuss requirements, documents, and language support.
